Mercy Health Home Office was designed with health and well-being in mind. The office was intentionally created to bring the outside in and offers opportunities to enjoy as much natural light as possible. The campus was designed for employee work-life balance to allow employees to focus not only on daily tasks, but also on fitness and reflection time. The building is loaded with features that are helping energize mind, body and spirit throughout the work day. We invite you to join us for a panel discussion and a tour of this amazing new space in Cincinnati!
Panelists:
Joe Gage, SVP Human Resources, will speak to the change in Mercy’s culture as we merged two offices into one and moved into an open concept environment. Joe led the cultural integration and Human Resource component of the project.
Nicole Martel, System Director Employee Well Being, will talk about the health and wellness features that were added to the Home Office and how these features are the new standard across the ministry. Nicole was integral in designing health and wellness throughout the campus from a mind, body, and spirit point of view.
Nicole Bellman, Director of Real Estate, will discuss site selection, overall building scope and employee amenities. Nicole worked with the architects on the construction and design of the building and was responsible for interior & exterior space planning, furniture selection, building standards, and implementing building services, etc.
